Book an Appointment

Policies

  • Appointment cancellations need to be called in at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

  • Please be punctual as lateness may result in loss of appointment time slot and/or we cannot guarantee the complete treatment time for late arrivals as it will impede upon other client appointment times.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for you appointment, walk- in clients will be given your appointment slot and you will be considered a walk-in.  You will  have the option to wait or reschedule for another day/time.

  • Walk-ins are welcome, but you will have to wait depending on the bookings for the day.  It is recommended to make bookings in advance.

  • Reschedule your appointment if the following conditions are present:

    • Open Cuts

    • Sore

    • Contagious Disease

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

  • We humbly ask that everyone is considerate to the salon atmosphere and help us maintain a safe, relaxing environment for all. Please help us keep the salon enjoyable, relaxing and hygienic for all our clients.
