Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)

Our salons are fully sanitized and ready to serve our clients.

In light of COVID-19, it is our responsibility as law-abiding residents and citizens of the State of Qatar, to adhere to the precautionary measures outlined by the Ministry of Public Health. Should the following not be in compliance, we reserve the right to refuse service to the non-compliant person(s).

• We will be allowing clients onto the premises only after checking the color code identifying the clients’ health condition in the EHTERAZ app. Only green code clients will be allowed.

• All clients must wear a medical mask at all times.

• We will be checking the body temperatures of staff and clients upon arrival at the salon. Neither staff nor clients may enter the premises with a temperature higher than 38 degrees Celsius.

• Physical social distancing of at least 1.5 meters at all times.

• If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing or any other signs or symptoms as stated by the Ministry of Public Health, please reschedule your appointment and seek immediate medical attention. For further info: please visit: www.moph.gov.qa or call 16000.
